About Me

Stacy
I am a progressive who fears that our republic has been lost to jingoistic fools who long for an ugly, racist America. I am not here for that. Democrats aren’t perfect but they aren’t wanna-be tyrants. I like to read (I just finished the splendid Nightwoods), garden, and cook. I love… iced tea, Summer adventure plans, fresh pedicures, lazy Summer mornings, the first cup of morning coffee, the chill of an air conditioned room on a sweltering day, fireflies, silver hoop earrings, sandal weather, tanned shoulders, soft quilts, happy houseplants, my front porch, the prospect of opening new doors, lily pads, Summer dresses, cuticle oil, quality Mexican food, homemade salad dressing, red, white, & blue clothing, my sparkly outdoor drinking glasses, a cool pillow at night, the music of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and my daily walk.
